Block Six Analytics (B6A) enables buyers and sellers of sponsorships to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve communication by using our technology and analytics platform called the Partnership Scoreboard. Clients trust us to deliver accurate, understandable, and verifiable insights by using data to make better strategic decisions.

What is my sponsorship worth? How do I track its performance? How do I communicate its value?

B6A’s Partnership Scoreboard Service (SaaS) platform leverages our proprietary analytics to answer these questions through a secure Cloud-based solution. Our Corporate Asset Valuation model determines the value of all sponsorship activation elements across different channels by looking at the quantity and quality of impressions. Our model eliminates the Black Box approach to sponsorship valuation because everyone can see what inputs, calculations, and analysis occurred to determine ROI. Our Media Analysis Platform determines the value of media viewable signage and logos and returns results within 24-hours after an event occurs. Our Social Sentiment Analysis Platform evaluates conversation across different social media channels and determines value in real-time. Analysis across all channels is aggregated into a single dashboard within the Partnership scoreboard that can be easily accessed at any time by our Clients.

Our Revenue Above Replacement (RAR) platform provides the value that an athlete generates from his or her performance for a team or organization annually. Our RAR model determines how much winning impacts revenue across a team’s different streams including, ticket, media, merchandise, and sponsorship sales. B6A then determines a player’s impact on winning for that team. We also examine how much off-field factors impact a team’s revenue streams and determine how a player is able to engage different audiences including fans, media, and sponsors. Looking at both on-field and off-field factors enables agents and teams to have a more holistic view of the value created by players.

B6A works with brands, properties, and agencies. Brands are the corporate partners that sponsor sports properties. Properties include sports teams, leagues, events, and venues. Agencies work with brands and properties in a variety of roles including event activation and technology strategy. The overall market size for global sponsorship spending is $57.5 billion and is projected to grow by 4.7% annually. The overall market size for player contracts is $19.3 billion and growing.

4. Business Model – how do you make money?

Our Partnership Scoreboard is our Software as a Service platform that houses all of our technology service offerings. We charge an annual technology license fee for the use of our technology based on the number of sponsorships and athletes evaluated on the platform. In addition, services can be purchased on a la carte basis for our Media Analysis Platform and Social Sentiment Analysis Platform.
